I'm the founder, teacher and mentor at TALKNTALK with a degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of São Paulo and almost 10 years of experience in the technology market working for small, medium and large companies, as well as working in the United States.
I started TALKNTALK in 2016 with the aim of transforming language learning from the traditional study format to a more practical model with faster results.

Como funcionam as aulas de conversação?As aulas de conversação são chamadas de imersão com duração de 1 hora e um tema para você praticar com perguntas guiadas simulando uma conversa real. As imersões são ideais para destravar a sua fala no idioma e encarar o medo/vergonhas. Todas as imersões são transmitidas ao vivo no nosso canal do YouTube.

Can I see the lesson plan in advance?Yes, through the Planner - available only for the PRO and PREMIUM plans. There you can access the topics and questions of the Immersion conversations, as well as the topics and planning of the Beginner and Intermediate classes.

Eu quero cancelar, o que devo fazer?Você pode cancelar a sua assinatura dentro do período de garantia enviando um email para cancelamento@talkntalk.com.br. Ao fazer o cancelamento, você perde todo e qualquer desconto, benefícios, bônus e perde o acesso a plataforma tendo o direito ao estorno integral dentro do período de garantia. Para aulas particulares, mentorias ao vivo, o cancelamento pode ser feito a qualquer momento, sendo cobrado o valor integral, sem descontos, do período utilizado.

Como agendo e entro em uma conversação?Para agendar, é só entrar na aba de agendamento na área de membros. A confirmação do seu agendamento chegará por e-mail, juntamente da confirmação de data, horário e o link para a sala do Zoom - aplicativo de vídeo chamada utilizado para realizar as conversações na TALKNTALK. Acesse todos os agendamentos realizados em Minhas Sessões na Área de Membros.

Can I test the platform before subscribing to a plan?Yes, with the TRIAL plan you can test all group chats unlimitedly for 7 days. You can subscribe to the TRIAL plan here: https://www.talkntalk.com.br/planos

I have no limit on my credit card, what should I do?You can subscribe to a monthly plan at TALKNTALK without compromising your credit card limit. The charge will be monthly recurring and you can cancel whenever you want.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?Yes, just send an e-mail to cancelamento@talkntalk.com.br requesting the cancellation. When making the cancellation request the User automatically loses all discounts and benefits granted by the Annual plans, and will be computed the value of the period used in full, without the right to any benefit or discount granted at the time of purchase. Cancellations made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase are entitled to a full refund. Annual plans are considered a one-time charge even if the payment is in installments. The annual plan is not a monthly fee. In the case of monthly recurring plans, cancellation is effective only on subsequent charges. For conversation pack plans (LITE), there is no refund after 7 days.

How does the methodology work?We focus on conversation, where learning is done hands-on in a collaborative study format. Each class has a goal and you will be encouraged to practice. We don't make corrections or interrupt you in your speech, but we do support and help you to speak and give you that little push when you need it. We want you to develop the confidence to speak, listen and participate in a conversation in another language. No magic, no miracle methods. At TALKNTALK you learn for real and in practice!

Are the sessions similar to formal classes in English schools?No. They work as a community that gathers for chats in another language with deep and reflective topics, so you can train, expand your vocabulary and repertoire on different subjects.

How do I know my language level?You should choose the sessions based on what you understand to be in line with your level - beginner, intermediate, or advanced. You can also use each session to get a feel of what level you are at.

Are conversations led by a language specialist?The free conversations are led by students in the role of facilitators who undergo 1 month of training and supervision. In the case of classes for beginners or more advanced, instructors are qualified to teach in the language.
